Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $67/hour
- Location: Carlsbad, NM
- Assignment Duration: 12 months+
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills through formal management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
- Strong communication skills
- Able to troubleshoot equipment failures
- Experience with Cat 3600, Ariel, H Pumps, and Centrifugal Pumps
- High School Diploma required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operation and Maintenance of compressors and all equipment associated with compressor
- Function as the primary point of contact between compressor rental/service companies and the production foreman/maintenance foreman
- Determine the cause of mechanical failures to identify ways to prevent future failures
- Coordinate with operations staff for compressor adjustments for gas lift system and PM schedules
